Why Creativity?
At first glance, life transitions and creativity might seem like two very different paths.
But for me they share one deep taproot.
Both are about remembering and reconnecting to our deepest aliveness.
Both invite us to live from truth, power, and soul.
I’ve dedicated my life to these two realms because they share a core truth:
We are here to experience life fully—to be broken open by it—
and to live from our soul-fullest selves.
Whether you’re navigating a profound life change or freeing your creative voice,
you are being invited to reclaim your erotic aliveness, your sovereignty,
and the sacred power of saying Yes to the life you were always meant to live.
Life Transitions and Aliveness
Big Change strips away the familiar. It leaves us raw and exposed.
But in that broken-open place, something holy stirs. The old self crumbles,
and what is most true begins to emerge.
These are the moments when we’re asked to live from the inside out— to let go of what no longer serves and grow into who we were always becoming.
Creativity and Soul
Creativity is not just painting or poetry. It is a way of being—living soulfully,
creating from the lush erotic pulse of your inner life.
To create is to be sovereign. To trust the desires that move through you.
To allow something new, something true, to take form through your hands, your voice, your choices.
Creativity is how the soul breathes.
Two Paths, One Truth
Both are about reclaiming what is deeply true, alive, and powerful within us. They both involve being willing to face the unknown and allow it to shape us.
Life transitions break us open, revealing the truth and power that lies beneath the surface. They ask us to surrender to the process of becoming, of growing, and transforming into the fullest expression of who we are.
Creativity is the way we bring that aliveness into the world. It is how we express the deeper truths that emerge through life’s challenges. It is how we say Yes to our deepest desires, our erotic self-sovereignty, and the life force that wants to move through us.
Both paths ask us to be in deep connection with the mystery of life, to let go of who we thought we were, and to allow ourselves to be shaped by the greater realities around us. Both paths invite us to live in a way that honors our deepest desires—to say Yes to the creativity and transformation that await us. This is the path of erotic self-sovereignty.
Erotic Self-Sovereignty
At the heart of my work is what I call erotic self-sovereignty.
Eros is life-force. It is the spark of desire, truth, vitality, and creative power flowing through you. It is the power of being embodied and grounded on this sweet earth. It is the part of you that knows what you love and what you long for. It is what helps you remember who you are.
In this culture, few are going to give you permission and encouragement to be erotically self-sovereign. As long as we wait for that permission from others, we diminish our own aliveness and life force and deep pleasure.
To reclaim your erotic self-sovereignty is to say:
My life and my body belong to me.
I get to create a life that sings.
I trust my desires. This is the power of erotic self-sovereignty—the self-permission to live fully, desire fully, and create authentically. It’s remembering that you are the creator of your own vibrant, soul-centered life with its gifts and challenges, despair and dreams.
Whether you’re emerging from heartbreak, illness, burnout, or invisibility—
or awakening your creative gifts after a lifetime of self-silencing, or silencing by others—
you are answering the same call:
To live from soul.
Why I Do This Work
This is why I walk with women through transitions. Why I teach and coach around creativity. Why I hold space for soul to speak.
Because in the end, they are not separate journeys. They are the same spiral, turning us again and again toward what is most alive, most true, most free.
This is the path of soul.
Of deep aliveness.
Of sovereignty.
